Payment Information

4. AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI features, your prompts and scene descriptions are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Runware, Kling, Hailuo, Luma, and others) for processing. Generated images and videos are stored on our servers and associated with your account. You may delete your projects and their associated media at any time.

Your data is stored on servers located in Europe (Hetzner Cloud). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• AI providers: Prompts and descriptions for content generation
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Email delivery (magic link authentication)
• Law enforcement: When required by law or valid legal process
