AI Video with Consistent Characters

Save a character once, and every scene in every project can bring back the same face, the same outfit, the same person.

Character drift is the classic AI video failure: scene one shows one person, scene three shows a stranger in the same coat. EpicVids attacks it with a cast library built into the studio.

You create a character image once, name it, and save it to your cast. From then on, the studio carries that character into any scene you select it for, in the current project or any future one.

How it works

1

Create your character

Generate a character image in the studio wizard, or start from an image you already made. When it looks right, give it a name and save it to your cast.

2

The studio studies the character

On save, EpicVids writes a detailed visual description of your character: clothing, face, build, distinguishing features. That description travels word for word into every scene prompt the AI planner writes.

3

Select cast for a project

In the setup wizard, pick the cast members who belong in the video. On video models that accept character reference images, the actual photo rides along with each scene. On every other model, the written anchors keep the description locked.

4

Scenes open on your character

For multi-scene videos, opening frames are derived from the cast photo itself, so a new scene starts from your character rather than the model's guess.

What you get

  • Cast library saves characters permanently, independent of any single project
  • Character reference images on models that support them, including Kling 3.0 Pro and Happy Horse
  • AI-written visual anchors repeat your character's exact description in every scene prompt
  • Scene opening frames derived from the cast photo for multi-scene continuity
  • Reuse the same cast member across as many projects as you want

Frequently asked questions

How do I keep the same character across AI video scenes?

Save the character to your EpicVids cast library. The studio then attaches it to every scene you select it for, using reference images on models that accept them and exact written descriptions everywhere else.

Does character consistency work on every video model?

Every model gets the written character anchors. Photo references additionally go to the models that accept them, such as Kling 3.0 Pro and Happy Horse. The model pages say which is which.

Can I reuse a character in a new project?

Yes. Cast members are saved to your account, not to a project, so a character you save today is available in every project you start later.

What does it cost?

EpicVids is pay as you go. You pay per generated scene at the model's listed price, and the cast library itself costs nothing to use.
