EpicVids ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (the "Record-Keeping Requirements"). This statement applies to all content accessible through epicvids.co and its associated services.

AI-Generated Content

EpicVids is an artificial intelligence video and image generation platform. The majority of content produced by our platform is entirely AI-generated and does not depict any real human beings. Such AI-generated content contains no actual performers and is therefore not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

User-Uploaded Reference Images

Users of EpicVids may upload reference images ("Reference Content") to guide AI video generation. With respect to any such Reference Content that may depict real persons:

  • EpicVids operates as a secondary producer as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B). We do not film, produce, or originate the Reference Content. Records are the responsibility of the primary producer.
  • By uploading Reference Content, users represent and warrant that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older, that the user has the legal right to submit such content, and that the user accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
  • EpicVids strictly prohibits the upload of any content depicting individuals under 18 years of age. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Content

EpicVids has a zero-tolerance policy for content involving minors. We employ automated and manual review processes to detect and remove any such content. Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
